This used to be a really good shop…I’ve used it myself for 10+ years and have recommended it to family and friends. Won’t go back after my experience today. My husband scheduled an appointment days ago to have the brakes inspected / replaced, change the oil and have the AC system looked at. Dropped car off at 8am….not hearing anything by 3:30pm, he called to check on the status and was told they were backed up and hadn’t even looked at the car. He told them he was coming down to pick it up. Upon arriving, the guy at the counter told him the bill came to $165. Dumbfounded, my husband asked what the charge was for. He said an oil change….my husband explained to him that he was told they hadn’t even looked at the car. His response was “nobody told me” and gave my husband the key. Very unfortunate, but we’ll be looking for a new mechanic as well as warning our family and friends.

Second time going to this location for an oil change and had the best experience both times! Chris is attentive and clear about the expenses. No surprise charges and always respectful and informed about what my car needs. We’re moving out of state and he made sure our cars had a thorough inspection done. They prioritize safety and good customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and a good job.

Chris and his team did a great job, super speedy, even said he didn’t want to sell me a battery yet, but that we would keep an eye on it. They even installed my new license plates for me, since I had them in the car! I also really like the detailed breakdown they show you including all your tire tread depths, remaining brake pads, and the test they did of my battery. Really feels honest and transparent, and I felt like they went above and beyond today. I will be back, and I will recommend to friends. Side note: I appreciated having the comics section of the newspaper in the waiting area. I haven’t seen one of those in YEARS!

These guys fit us in last minute, surprised us on how affordable it was and made quick work of it! Very grateful to the team! We found a nail in our tire right before we left on a trip to Bend. Truth is we’d been putting off getting a fresh set of tires because we thought it would be out of our budget and was blown away that it was under 500$ for a full set of brand new tires. They fit us in, got it done lighting fast and our drive to Bend was smooth as butter. Highly recommend these good people :)

Hands down the best shop around. Got my alignment done here....quick, affordable, end of story. But what really sets them apart is how they treat you. They actually listen, fully explain what’s going on, and make sure you understand everything. I ended up coming back for another alignment (yeah… that one’s on my driving... tokyo drifting 😅), and they still took the time to go over maintenance items with me and walk me through everything without rushing. Even over the phone, they went out of their way to pull up info and help me track down a sensor location while I was working on my car. That kind of help is rare. Just genuinely good, honest, kick-ass people. I appreciate the time and effort they put in. Highly recommend.
